INTERNAL CULTURAL ACTIVITIES

  • Happy Time Radio: A daily internal radio program at 3:30 PM that has become a unique cultural highlight at Karofi. The program allows Karofi members to share words of appreciation, dedicate songs, stay updated with the latest internal news, and spread positive energy throughout the Ka family.

  • Annual Team Building / Company Trips: Each year, the Group organizes company trips and team-building activities for all employees, fostering connection, engagement, and teamwork across the organization.

  • Innogen: Innogen is a distinctive cultural initiative at Karofi, closely aligned with our core value “Innovation Every Day.” All Karofi employees are encouraged to continuously propose innovative ideas to improve work efficiency and effectiveness. Every idea—no matter how small—is recognized and rewarded through various incentive levels.

  • “I Love Ka Home” Program: A series of creative internal activities designed to help employees better understand Karofi’s culture, working environment, and product knowledge, while strengthening pride and connection with the Karofi family.

 

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT POLICIES

Learning and development are always among the top priorities in Karofi Holding’s human resource strategy. We have built a comprehensive training system for newly on boarded employees, enabling each individual to integrate quickly and unlock outstanding potential:

  • In-depth onboarding training upon joining and job handover: Covering organizational awareness, industry knowledge, products, technologies, and the Group’s unique operational practices.
  • TOT (Training of Trainers) Program: A structured program designed to enhance training capabilities, facilitation skills, and effective knowledge delivery methods.
  • Short-term overseas training opportunities: Offered to talent pipeline employees and high-performing individuals who have made significant contributions to the Group.
  • Continuous professional training and on-the-job coaching, along with opportunities to participate in talent development projects, high-quality workforce development programs, and succession planning for future leadership positions.

COMPENSATION & REWARD POLICIES

Each year, the Group reviews and adjusts employee salaries based on monthly, quarterly, and annual performance evaluations.

To ensure fairness, transparency, and a clear alignment between performance outcomes and employee compensation, Karofi Holding's salary policy is closely integrated with its KPI-based performance management system and is never applied independently from it.

Karofi Holding establishes and communicates its Recognition & Reward Policy in an open and transparent manner across the organization. The Group’s leadership actively and flexibly applies various forms of recognition and incentives, including:

  • Performance title awards for high-performing and outstanding individuals on a quarterly, semi-annual, and year-end basis.
  • Achievement-based rewards for strong performance results and contributions to the development or improvement of management systems.
  • Spot bonuses granted to individuals demonstrate exceptional performance or outstanding achievements.
  • Innovation and improvement rewards for individuals or teams whose initiatives and enhancements are effectively implemented (Innogen Program).
