Position Overview

Karofi — Vietnam’s leading water purifier brand — is accelerating its expansion across Southeast Asia.
We are seeking a Sales-driven, Growth-minded International Retail & Sales Manager to lead business expansion and retail performance across key SEA markets (Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, etc.).

This role goes beyond managing retail operations — you will own the sales growth, develop omnichannel go-to-market strategies (O2O, B2B, B2C, retail & e-commerce), and pioneer new business models for new markets and new products.
You are a builder, a challenger, and a creative commercial mind — hungry to turn every opportunity into growth.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Business Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that integrate retail, online, and B2B channels to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Design and implement O2O (online-to-offline) initiatives that enhance customer experience and conversion.
  • Lead sales performance reviews, identify growth levels, and rapidly adapt strategies to local market behaviors.

Market Expansion & New Business Development

  • Identify, assess, and launch new markets and product categories across SEA.
  • Explore strategic B2B and retail partnerships to accelerate market entry.
  • Be the driving force behind innovative go-to-market campaigns, adapting global strategy to local nuances.

Retail Channel Development: Corporate with Retail Operation Manager to

  • Following up setting up new store or doing expansion.
  • Training local team
  • Managing daily operation of each market

Job Requirement

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of strong experience in Sales or Retail Management, preferably in home appliances, consumer electronics, or FMCG, with proven success in multi-channel sales.
  • Understanding of O2O and Omnichannel strategies, including e-commerce, distributor, and retail integration.
  • Proven track record in launching new products or expanding to new markets in Southeast Asia.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation, and partnership-building skills.
  • Highly entrepreneurial mindset — hungry, driven, and creative in finding sales growth opportunities.
  • Fluent in English
  • Willing to travel frequently and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
