Job Description

  • Tiếp đón khách hàng, đối tác đến làm việc tại công ty.
  • Giải đáp và xử lý thông tin theo yêu cầu của khách hàng.
  • Trực tổng đài điện thoại, tiếp nhận và chuyển cuộc gọi đến các bộ phận liên quan.
  • Hỗ trợ thủ tục hành chính đối với khách hàng nội bộ và bên ngoài.
  • Hỗ trợ các công việc hành chính về văn thư, văn phòng theo sự phân công.
  • Thực hiện các công việc khác được cấp trên giao.

Job Requirement

  • Nữ, độ tuổi từ 21 - 25, ngoại hình ưa nhìn, tính cách cởi mở, nhanh nhẹn.
  • Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Trung cấp trở lên các chuyên ngành liên quan.
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp, xử lý tình huống tốt.
  • Thành thạo tin học văn phòng (Word, Excel,...).
  • Có ít nhất 6 tháng kinh nghiệm lễ tân trở lên.
  • Tiếng Anh giao tiếp cơ bản
