Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Retail Operations Support (SEA Markets)

  • Provide daily operational support for stores across SEA (store requests, stock movement, pricing, POS issues, standard procedures, etc.).
  • Monitor operational compliance, checklists, and brand standards across assigned markets.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and IT teams to address and resolve issues from stores or local market teams.

2. Documentation & Administrative Tasks

  • Prepare, verify, and maintain documents such as contracts, PR/PO, invoices, settlement records, and operational forms.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and alignment with internal audit standards.

3. System Management

  • Manage and update data on POS, ERP, Inventory, CRM, or other internal systems.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate stock transfers between markets when needed.
  • Update product information, pricing, promotions, and store configuration on relevant systems.

4. Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Consolidate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, store performance metrics, inventory status, and operational cost reports for SEA markets.
  • Prepare analyses and operational insights to support management decisions.
  • Propose process improvements based on data findings.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Supply Chain, Economics, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Retail Operations, Sales Administration, Store Support, Merchandising Operations, or similar roles.
  • Experience working with POS/ERP systems and inventory management tools is an advantage.
  • Experience supporting multi-country or regional operations is a plus.
