Job Description

Planning

  • Collaborate in the development of clear, actionable digital marketing campaign plans tailored to each market.

Online Advertising Campaign Management

  • Execute campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc., targeting international markets.

  • Implement SEO and SEM activities to boost search performance.

Campaign Analysis & Optimization

  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Insights to monitor and analyze campaign results.

  • Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimization for maximum results.

 Content Creation

  • Produce ad copy, blog posts, press releases, and other materials suited for international marketing efforts.

Social Media & Digital Channels Management

  • Develop and manage international social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.

  • Plan and execute platform-specific content and campaigns.

Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly campaign performance reports.

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for strategic improvements.

Authority

  • Authorized to make decisions within the scope of digital marketing execution and budget control.

  • Permitted to propose and implement digital marketing improvement initiatives.

  • May recommend advertising channels and content strategy.

Requires Management Approval For:

  • Overall monthly digital marketing plans and budgets per market.

Job Requirement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant fields.

  • Preferable certifications: Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, Google Analytics, etc.

  • 2–3 years in digital marketing, especially for international markets is a plus

  • Hands-on experience in online ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta), SEO/SEM.

  • Agency or in-house agency experience is a plus.

  • Online-to-offline marketing model experience is an advantage.

Technical Knowledge

  • Proficient in SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and email marketing tools.

  • Skilled in campaign tracking and analytics (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).

  • Proficient with MS Office, SEMrush, Ads Manager, etc.

  • Capable of applying AI tools in digital marketing.

  • Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
