Product & Market Development
Propose ideas and strategies for new product development.
Position products in the minds of customers by emphasizing unique features and differentiators.
Analyze consumer trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
Identify opportunities for new products or product improvements.
Communication Campaigns & Materials
Build comprehensive communication strategies for each product.
Define content direction and communication channels to effectively reach target customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to create sales tools such as brochures, product sheets, and promotional campaigns.
Training
Provide training and updates to the sales team on product knowledge and customer engagement techniques.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, with at least 2 years in international markets.
Proven experience in launching multi-national marketing campaigns, conducting international market research, and developing region-specific product strategies.
Experience in product training is a strong advantage.
In-depth knowledge of international product marketing strategies including product positioning, brand development, and lifecycle management.
Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and legal frameworks across various international markets.
Knowledge of supply chain, product distribution, and cross-border partner collaboration.
Ability to integrate AI tools into daily marketing tasks.
Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
Soft Skills
Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple projects across markets.
Excellent communication skills, especially in working with international partners and distributors.
Analytical thinking to interpret data and reports for optimizing marketing strategies.
