1. Position Introduction
Karofi – Vietnam's No.1 water purifier brand – is rapidly expanding into international markets, especially Southeast Asia. In each country (Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand), Karofi has established a retail network and local teams with the goal of building a strong and professional distribution system.
We are currently looking for a Vietnamese Retail Manager to oversee our Southeast Asia operations – someone with strong retail experience, ready for frequent international travel, to lead retail operations, system expansion, and ensure excellent customer experience at every point of sale in line with Karofi’s brand standards.
2. Job Description
- Manage and supervise the retail system in Southeast Asian countries (Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand…).
- Work directly with local Retail Managers and manage Vietnamese Retail Supervisors based in each country.
- Be responsible for building business plans, setting sales targets, and overseeing point-of-sale operations according to the Group's strategic direction.
- Implement and monitor brand standards, customer experience, and service quality across stores.
- Conduct regular Retail Audits, evaluate operational performance, and ensure compliance with processes and standards.
- Coordinate with departments in Vietnam: Marketing, Operations, Recruitment, R&D, etc., to deploy market activities.
- Propose strategies for market expansion, system development, and operational improvements in each country.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by upper management.

- Vietnamese nationality; willing to travel frequently to international markets (Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand…).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in retail, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in building, managing, and expanding retail chains across regions or internationally.
- Prefer candidates with experience in Retail Audit, retail network development, and layout planning.
- Strong skills in planning, analysis, team management, and chain operations.
- Good English communication skills.
