Job Description

  • Xây dựng kế hoạch kinh doanh; P&L cho chuỗi cửa hàng điện máy mini
  • Setup cửa hàng và quản lý vận hành chuỗi cửa hàng: xây dựng quy trình, báo cáo, KPI, đào tạo nhân sự,…
  • Đề xuất các giải pháp cải tiến trải nghiệm khách hàng; tối ưu chi phí vận hành
  • Xây dựng kế hoạch và giải pháp thúc đẩy doanh số bán hàng

Job Requirement

- Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng, đại học; ưu tiên tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành QTKD, Marketing hoặc chuyên ngành liên quan;

- Tối thiểu 02 năm tại vị trí quản lý kinh doanh hoặc vận hành cửa hàng/ chuỗi cửa hàng điện máy, điện gia dụng, điện tử, điện dân dụng,...

- Thành tạo tin học văn phòng (Word, Excel).

- Kỹ năng thuyết phục, đàm phán;

- Kỹ năng lập và thực hiện kế hoạch, quản lý áp lực công việc;

- Có thể công tác để setup các cửa hàng mới.
