Collaborate with business units and regional leaders to identify hiring needs for each market.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to specific positions and countries.
Identify and optimize recruitment channels, especially international platforms and headhunting networks.
2. Recruitment Execution
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for mid- to senior-level positions in international markets.
Apply advanced hunting skills to approach high-caliber and niche talent.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and provide hiring recommendations.
Maintain candidate databases and prepare regular recruitment progress reports.
3. Talent Pool Development
Build and maintain a strong talent pool for key markets such as the US, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and others.
Foster long-term relationships with potential candidates and the international talent community.
Typical Positions to be Hired:
Business & Marketing management roles in overseas markets (local candidates).
Experts (expatriates) relocating to work oversea.
Senior leadership positions including country managers, regional directors, and department heads in international markets.
Highly specialized technical, commercial, and supply chain professionals for global operations.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience; international hiring experience is a significant advantage.
Proven hunting skills, especially in sourcing senior-level and hard-to-find talent.
Proficiency in searching tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, international job boards, etc.).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain candidate relationships.
Fluent in English; additional foreign languages are a plus.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently.
Ability to work under pressure, particularly during high-volume hiring periods.
