Key Responsibilities:
1. Planning
- Collaborate with departments to develop graphic content plans that meet departmental needs.
- Expected Outcome: Clear, feasible plans tailored to the characteristics of each market.
2. Design Functions
2.1. 2D Graphic Design
- Design communication materials such as banners, posters, brochures, flyers, and infographics.
- Design basic UI for websites, landing pages, and applications.
2.2. Brand Identity Design
- Develop brand identity materials and guidelines for specific channels/markets.
- Ensure consistency and coherence in brand image.
2.3. Social Media Design
- Create illustrations, Facebook posts, Instagram posts, TikTok videos, and YouTube thumbnails.
- Design visual effects and marketing video visuals.
2.4. Advertising & Print Design Support
- Design banners for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, standees, backdrops, and catalogs.
- Export files to the correct standards for printing and online advertising.
2.5. Collaboration with Printing Partners
- Work with printing partners to ensure high-quality printed products.
- Check files before sending them for printing (CMYK, crop marks, bleed).
2.6. Creative Idea Proposal
- Contribute innovative and creative design ideas for marketing campaigns.
