Job Purpose: Lead international digital marketing efforts across global markets. Develop and optimize strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize ROI. Align digital marketing activities with the company’s global brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Execution

• Develop localized digital marketing strategies (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns (PPC, Display, Video, Affiliate Marketing). Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, SEMrush) for performance tracking. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency.

Team Leadership & Optimization

• Train and manage the digital marketing team, set KPIs, and evaluate performance.
• Allocate and optimize digital marketing budgets. Assess team effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Competency Requirements

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
• Preferred certifications: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot.

Experience & Skills

• 5+ years in digital marketing, including 2-3 years in management.
• Expertise in digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, CRO, and Affiliate Marketing.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, SEMrush).
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience working with international agencies is a plus.
