2. Job Description

Market Analysis

Conduct PESTLE, Five Forces, and SWOT analyses.
Derive lessons from successful and failed companies within the industry.

Proposing Market Development Ideas

Recommend which products in the company’s portfolio are suitable for the target market.
Propose implementation methods.

Market Development Implementation

Search for customers/distributors through various channels.
Develop sales materials and proposals.
Drive sales, retain customers, and support customer growth.

Meetings and Reporting

Comply with the company and department’s operational and management reporting requirements.
Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed.
Attend meetings as per company policies.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the department head.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Requirements:

Graduated with a major in Economics from universities such as Foreign Trade University, University of Foreign Languages, University of Economics, University of Commerce, Hanoi University, etc.
Proficient in Incoterms 2010, customs law, and commercial law.
At least 2 years of experience in export sales.
Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Skilled in using computers and application software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc., and specialized software).
Competent in electronic customs declaration.
Strong negotiation and bargaining skills.
Capable of working with a combination of principles and flexible problem-solving.
Ability to establish credibility with customers.
Able to handle high-pressure work environments.
