Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Several years of HR experience, preferably in an international or multinational company.
Certifications: HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, GPHR, or equivalent may be preferred.
