Campaign Analysis & Optimization
Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Insights to monitor and analyze campaign results.
Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimization for maximum results.
Content Creation
Produce ad copy, blog posts, press releases, and other materials suited for international marketing efforts.
Social Media & Digital Channels Management
Develop and manage international social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Plan and execute platform-specific content and campaigns.
Reporting & Data Analysis
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly campaign performance reports.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for strategic improvements.
Authority
Authorized to make decisions within the scope of digital marketing execution and budget control.
Permitted to propose and implement digital marketing improvement initiatives.
May recommend advertising channels and content strategy.
Requires Management Approval For:
Overall monthly digital marketing plans and budgets per market.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
Preferable certifications: Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, Google Analytics, etc.
2–3 years in digital marketing, especially for international markets is a plus
Hands-on experience in online ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta), SEO/SEM.
Agency or in-house agency experience is a plus.
Online-to-offline marketing model experience is an advantage.
Technical Knowledge
Proficient in SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and email marketing tools.
Skilled in campaign tracking and analytics (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
Proficient with MS Office, SEMrush, Ads Manager, etc.
Capable of applying AI tools in digital marketing.
Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
