Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Off: 2 Saturdays/month + Sundays

To support Karofi Group’s strategic development in this new phase, we are hiring a Talent Acquisiton Manager with strong expertise (preferred) in the following areas:
Technology Division: R&D – Product Research & Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, Software IT, IoT, etc.
International Division: Retail Sales, Export Sales, After-sales Engineering, R&D...
(Applicable for Foreign candidates / Overseas-based Vietnamese / Vietnamese in charge of international markets)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Recruitment Strategy Planning
Conduct labor market research and develop sustainable recruitment and talent attraction strategies to support Karofi's business growth.
Analyze and forecast recruitment needs for various departments.
2. Recruitment Operations
Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly recruitment plans and execute them in accordance with internal processes.
Directly recruit senior-level positions; manage the recruitment team and evaluate recruitment effectiveness using BSC-KPI tools.
Manage recruitment budget; select appropriate sourcing and advertising channels.
3. Employer Branding
Plan and implement employer branding activities.
Promote employee engagement as internal brand ambassadors; implement internal referral programs.
Develop and optimize the candidate experience process.
Conduct employee satisfaction assessments; organize workshops and propose initiatives to improve talent retention.
4. Recruitment Reporting & Analysis
Perform regular analysis and reporting of recruitment activities as required.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within large-scale companies in commerce, distribution, or retail sectors. Proven track record of managing high-volume recruitment needs (100+ positions/month), including managerial, specialist, and staff-level roles.
High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Goal-setting mindset with strong planning and self-management capabilities.
Proficient in English (spoken and written).
