SOP Development
Design and standardize SOPs aligned with international standards and Karofi’s operating model.
Capture real workflows through interviews and convert them into structured SOPs.
Develop SOPs for key functions (Retail, Service, Operations, Logistics, Back-office).
Define workflows, checklists, control points, and escalation rules.
Create process flowcharts using Visio / Miro / Draw.io.
Coordinate with Country Managers and stakeholders across SEA markets to collect local feedback and ensure SOPs are consistent yet locally applicable.
Monitor SOP implementation in SEA markets.
Training & Implementation Support
Support SOP rollout through training sessions and guidance materials.
Prepare basic training tools (slides, checklists, quick guides).
SOP Audit & Compliance Monitoring
Design audit checklists and support periodic SOP audits.
Identify non-compliance issues and coordinate corrective actions and retraining.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, QA, Compliance, or related fields.
1-3 years of experience in SOP writing, Operations, Process Improvement, QA, or Compliance.
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets / PowerPoint; experience with Visio / Miro / Draw.io is a strong plus.
